How can I book a car with Majestic Taxis?
You can use our website MajesticTaxis.com to Book and Pay Online Or Call 0207 1276
550 or if you prefer to you can email us from a corporate email address with the
following details:
- Date & Time of Booking
- Pick Up Location
- Drop Off Location
- Arrival Flight Number
- Number of Passengers:
- Passenger Name
- Passenger Contact Number
(Please note we require advance payment for all bookings unless the pickup point
is from Heathrow)
What time should I book my taxi to pick me up from the airport?
Please provide us with the time your flight is scheduled to land and flight number.
Our driver will then enter the terminal 60 minutes after the flight has landed;
allowing customers time to collect luggage and clear security. If you think you
are going to be longer or earlier than 60 minutes, please reply to your confirmation
email and let us know.
What If my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flight arrivals so if your flight is delayed we will be aware of
this and a driver will be dispatched accordingly.
Are there any waiting charges?
For airport pickups we allow 45 minutes free waiting from when the driver enters
the airport terminal. The driver enters the terminal 45 minutes after the flight
has landed, therefore passengers have up to 1 hour 30 minutes from landing to clear
immigration and collect luggage. If the passenger thinks they will take longer to
clear immigration and security, please let us know and we will adjust the time the
driver enters the terminal as needed. After the free 45 minutes of waiting we will
charge £7.50 per 15 minute interval.
For all other pickups there is a free 15-minute wait from the scheduled pickup time
after this period a charge of £7.50 per 15 minute interval will apply.
Will I be sharing with anyone else?
No. We do not operate a shared taxi service.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
The driver will wait for the passenger/s in the specified arrivals area of the airport
terminal with a sign that has the passengers name on it. The driver will enter the
terminal
60 minutes after the flight has landed (Unless otherwise requested)
Allowing for luggage to be collected and to clear security. If you think you will
be through quicker or are travelling with hand luggage only, please let us know.

- Terminal 3 – arrivals hall – in front of WHSmith shop / Boots
- Terminal 4 – arrivals hall – in front of Costa Coffee shop
- Terminal 5 – arrivals hall – in front of Costa Coffee shop
Gatwick Airport Meeting Points:
- Terminal North – arrivals hall – domestic arrivals – in front of Costa Coffee shop
all other flights – in front of Money Exchange Bureau
- Terminal South – arrivals hall – in front of Costa Coffee shop

Where do I meet my driver at a cruise terminal?
The driver will wait for the passenger/s in the arrivals hall of the cruise terminal
with a sign that has the passengers name on it. The driver will enter the terminal
at your requested collection time. If you happen to disembark earlier then please
wait inside the arrivals hall.

I have booked and paid online but not received any confirmation, Why is this?
You should receive a booking confirmation directly from Majestic Taxis within 24
hours of making your booking online. If you do not receive a confirmation, please
contact us.

How soon in advance should I make a booking?
It is recommended that you make a booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure
availability, However we know this is not always possible, so please call us on
0207 1276 550 for same day and next day bookings.
Is your company licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed by our local council and all our vehicles are insured
to carry passengers.
Do I have to book online I would prefer to speak to someone?
If you are not comfortable booking online, you can call us on 0207 1276 550 and
we will be happy to assist you.
